At East Woods we are proud of our graduating students. To help our students make a successful transition to their next school we work carefully with families to determine which secondary school is the best match for each child. The Head of School, with support of the Head of Upper School, is directly involved in the secondary school application process. In the early fall, they meet with each student to help him or her identify a list of potential schools to investigate. Student profiles and recommendations are prepared, school forms are completed, and the children are aided in their writing and interviewing skills.

Confident and kind, motivated and compassionate, East Woods graduates become leaders. These leaders will have a competitive edge for the future. Rooted in a tradition of academic excellence, East Woods School promotes and supports a well-rounded education. Through strong academics, and a rigorous course of study, children are taught how to think not what to think.
